- Except for damage caused by the shipping carrier, if there is any abnormal condition such as damage, crushing, or wetness that can be noticed without opening the package, the Buyer must ask the delivery agent to prepare a damage report.

- Following a duly submitted notification and the return of the product, the Seller will carry out the necessary inspections. If the Buyer’s claim is justified, the Seller will replace the defective product and deliver the replacement to the Buyer at the Seller’s expense.
