- Except for damage caused by the delivery carrier, if there is any unusual condition such as damage, dents, or wetness that can be noticed before opening the package, the Buyer should request the delivery person to prepare a report.

- The Seller, after receiving a duly made notification and subsequent delivery of the product, will conduct the necessary checks and, if the Buyer's claims are justified, will replace the defective product and deliver it to the Buyer at the Seller's own expense.
