- If there is any abnormal condition such as damage, crushing or wetness that can be noticed before the package is opened, other than damage caused by the carrier making the delivery, the Buyer should request the delivery officer to prepare a report.

- After a duly made notification and the delivery of the product to the Seller, the Seller will carry out the necessary checks; if the Buyer's statements are found to be justified, the defective product will be replaced and delivered to the Buyer with all costs covered by the Seller.
